- Hourly service is billed garage to garage, with a minimum of 3 hours for sedans and SUVs and 4 hours for Sprinters and coaches.
- Full day = 12 hours in total. You pay for 11 hours and the 12th hour is included free. The free hour is part of the 12 hours, not added on top. Each hour after the 12th is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate.
- Airport transfer prices depend on the pickup area. A 10% gratuity is included in airport transfer rates.
- For other services, gratuity is not included and is at your discretion; 15–20% is customary.

- Rates are subject to change; your quote at the time of booking is final, plus any wait time or extras added during the trip.
